UK relief pitcher Logan Darnell was named the sixth best prospect in the Alaska Summer League by Baseball America.  Darnell played for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots going 5-1 with 1.66 ERA and 37 strikeouts in in 13 games.  Logan pitched solely out of the bullpen for UK in 2009 but might compete for the open rotation slot in the Cats’ weekend rotation in 2010.
